Speaker 1 0:01
Uh, Jamie, have you ever heard of a kitty litter cake?
Unknown Speaker 0:04
Yes, yes.
Speaker 1 0:07
So fat heads, if you don't know, it looks fucking awful, but you get a new litter box or pan, and then you like, cook a cake. Kind of crumble it up. You crumble up some, like, white Oreos and like different stuff to make it look gravelly, like a litter box, and then you melt some Tootsie Rolls. And yeah, one year, my friend and I went to Halloween party, and I didn't know anybody was going with her, and we made one of those, and everybody was really grossed out. And then, like, as the night went on, and people started getting more drunk, then everybody was eating the cake, and, like, taking the Tootsie Rolls, and like,
Unknown Speaker 1:18
I feel Like I've been like, I'll fucking eat this
Speaker 1 1:22
shit, even though I made it, it did take me a second. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 1:29
it looked really gross. Okay, maybe it's just different
Unknown Speaker 1:31
scene online. I'm like, yeah, it's
Unknown Speaker 1:33
gross, but I still fucking smash it. It
Speaker 1 1:35
was, it was gross because we even got a new litter scoop so you can search. You could serve yourself. So it was, it was a lot, but
Speaker 2 1:43
you use an old litter box, a new one, okay? Well, you said a new scoop.
Speaker 1 1:53
No new everything. New everything. That's how we do it here on nervous laughter podcast. Yes,
Unknown Speaker 1:59
we,
Speaker 2 2:01
we might feed you shit through your ears, but never your mouth, never
Unknown Speaker 2:06
your mouth.
Speaker 2 2:07
I'm Jamie, I'm Alyssa, and today we come to you with funny.
Speaker 2 2:21
Get your fucking bag ass and cigarettes ready. Your I feel tower
Unknown Speaker 2:27
Madam
Unknown Speaker 2:28
Marie,
Speaker 2 2:29
your little petite poulet. But today we're going to be talking about a couple of Swedish ladies experiencing the adu.
Unknown Speaker 2:43
All I know about Sweden is
Speaker 1 2:45
IKEA meatball. So I guess I'm gonna sit this one out on trying to do accents and stuff. Yeah, all I
Speaker 2 3:02
know. Don't know much about the Swedes at all. Um, so this may be a case that, uh oh so many fat heads may be familiar with. I
Unknown Speaker 3:14
would say it's one of the more
Unknown Speaker 3:17
like popular
Speaker 2 3:19
kind of stories with fali a do, if you just but it is a fucking crazy, wild ass story.
Unknown Speaker 3:28
So I got most of
Speaker 2 3:30
the information want to talk about today from a podcast called the case file. I don't know if you ever listened to that. I think it was. Man, that's such a good podcast. It has an Australian host, so you get, like, a lovely Australian accent the whole time, and he does really good research, and also just a little bit from like Wikipedia and a show that I'll talk about later.
Unknown Speaker 3:59
So Ursula
Speaker 2 4:00
and Sabina Erickson are Swedish twins born November 3, 1967 they did not have a history of mental illness or criminal activity, but were described as maybe a bit odd growing up. And honestly, what pair of twins are not described as odd growing up? They did live in different countries as they grew up, one of them married and had a kid in 2008 Ursula visited Sabina in Ireland, and they both just left without telling anyone on May 16, 2008 so yeah. They just left. They were seen the next day in Liverpool, England. They went to the police station
Unknown Speaker 4:49
there in Liverpool,
Speaker 2 4:52
where Sabina reported concerns about the safety of her, of her child, or children, the police checked in. With her husband back in Ireland, everything was okay. He explained that she left after like a fight they had. So the twins left the police station and they decided to take a bus that was heading out of London, or heading for London. Sorry. The driver reported the twins had refused to put their their bags into the baggage area, and they insisted on holding them so they were acting, you know, pretty weird kind of sketch. The bus then stopped at a service station on the m6 motorway. I'll probably go between calling it like highway and motorway. Yeah, yeah. So the twins got off at that stop to go into the service station, and then the driver refused to let them back on if he was not able to search their bags, which, of course, they refused, and so the driver just left them there and kind of dumped the problem on the employee, woman working at the service station, which
Unknown Speaker 6:13
was like these girls on my bus, cheerio.
Unknown Speaker 6:21
Bloody. Hell. Ladies on me. Couple of broads,
Speaker 1 6:28
I feel like they're on the bus that was in the Spice Girls movie too, since they're in England, like the devil, Deckard bus,
Unknown Speaker 6:35
Dude, that was a cool fucking bus.
Unknown Speaker 6:38
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 6:39
So recently, I bought that DVD off at eBay. Oh yeah, it's hard to I mean, that movie, like, Isn't streaming, so it's kind of actually hard to watch. So I bought it, and I was watching it, and I was like, oh yeah. Like, inside the bus is so cool. And she was like, sitting in the room, kind of watching it, but doing other stuff. And he was like, yeah. Like, it's weird that their bus was like, 12 feet wide. I was like, Oh, it literally never occurred to me that wasn't the actual
Speaker 2 7:18
interior of the makes a lot of sense. Yep,
Speaker 1 7:24
I'm a dumbass. Like, yes, the last time I watched this, I was probably 15 or something, but yeah, as an adult woman, I was like, Yes, this is the inside of the bus. It is not a set or state.
Speaker 2 7:38
I mean, I honestly, as a child, never crossed my mind, never questioned it again. Yeah,
Speaker 1 7:43
apparently I didn't as an adult, either. But yeah, that's the bus that I'm picturing them on. Sorry, that whole thing to say,
Speaker 2 7:53
I feel like the main thing I remember from that is just like that part and then, like, when they got abducted by aliens, wasn't that like a five minute, like, just a small Yeah,
Speaker 1 8:05
the bathrooms broken on the bus, so they have to pull over in the middle of the woods to pee, and they go to this clearing, and then aliens land, and then they say, in their alien language, like, can we get tickets to your Shoulder? Sold out show? And they do power, baby, yeah, their alien language. And then at the end of the movie, at the big concert, the aliens are in the crowd, and they're wearing Spice Girl shirts and they're dancing, yeah, highly recommend spice world if you've never seen it,
Speaker 2 8:34
man, yeah, I Yeah, I'd love to re watch that movie again. Um, come over and watch it, yeah, I'm down, yeah, that sounds like a good time, and hopefully your water won't be broken again like that one time, and we don't have to go into the woods to see Yeah,
Speaker 1 8:58
Jamie and hope Were over and there was something wrong with our water. And G had to, he came in to say, like, you know, they were gonna turn off the water supply for a little bit. And you know, he's just telling us as a courtesy so no one like, you know shit. And then we couldn't flush it around. It was quiet. Jamie's like, do I need to leave
Speaker 2 9:24
bright burst pipe outside? This is what it was, right, like a burst pipe or something. So, yeah. So yeah, in the service station, the twins continued to hold their bags super tightly and just acting pretty sketchy. So the woman, obviously creeped out, called the police.
Unknown Speaker 9:46
The police showed up. Said everything
Speaker 2 9:49
was cool. They even arranged for them to get onto a the next bus that was going to be coming through
Unknown Speaker 9:55
Spice Girls, bus number two,
Unknown Speaker 9:58
that's like 12 feet wide. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 10:04
So, yeah, they had the bus lined up, and
Speaker 2 10:07
everything you know, was cool from there, but for whatever reason, the twins decided to walk along the highway, and the Highway Patrol Unit was dispatched to get the twins off the highway. Um, they aren't like, the same as police, or, like, highway patrol or whatever. I don't think they're like, because I can't, like, arrest anyone or have weapons or, like, just, uh, safety kind of focused people. Um, when, when the car pulls up to to the women, they jump over the barricade and run into traffic. Of course, cars were slamming on their brakes and swerving to avoid them, but Sabina got shitty, whipped back,
Speaker 2 10:59
and she didn't get hurt by this car. Okay, so that's why I made the joke.
Speaker 2 11:18
The story is just pretty crazy and intense, and I know they don't die from these cars, so I just have to Drop I have to drop something to break attention. I
Unknown Speaker 11:43
um, so, so, yeah, she she got shitty, walked by that car and knocked over the road. I and
Speaker 2 12:15
again, these, these women do not die from these cars, yes, so we're making these jokes,
Speaker 1 12:21
and for some reason, I was thinking they were children. I totally forgot they were adults. Oh yeah, no, they're like, full ass. I think women come up with another set of twins. That's it. So many mysteries. They're really good detectives.
Unknown Speaker 12:49
So,
Speaker 2 12:51
so, yeah, she got close by that car, knocked over, fuck, where am I?
Unknown Speaker 12:56
Okay?
Speaker 2 12:59
They were both surprisingly, totally fucking okay, no injuries from that. Up and walking around, police and paramedics were called, and the police that were going to be responding to that call actually happened to be filming BB show, motorway cops. So ever so all this, like, next part I'm gonna talk about is all on film, recorded on that ended up releasing
Unknown Speaker 13:31
the show, yeah?
Speaker 2 13:33
Like, it's just like, like, I'm gonna put a link to it in the description, but, yeah, it's on YouTube. Like, the whole episode. It's like the very first part of the episode, it's it's pretty wild. So everything seems chill when the police first arrive on the scene, the twins are talking to the motorway patrol on the just you know, the side of the road, and as the police are getting briefed by the other workers on site, the twins just jump back into traffic. Oh,
Unknown Speaker 14:12
or I guess run is the better word.
Speaker 2 14:16
No one was able to respond quick enough to grab them. Just one person was able to, like, grab onto her one of their jackets that, you know, they slipped out of as they ran into the to the road. Damn Ursula ran into the side of a semi truck and the and it, like, ran her over. So you can't, like, fully see it in the clip, because the camera doesn't get it super well. But she runs, and if I had to guess, I think she like, hit the side, and then it was like, between where the tires are, so like the long part. So I think she, like, her bottom half just went under, and because her legs were, like, ran over. And she actually suffered pretty bad leg injuries from the. One. Sabina was struck again. So Ursula was not struck the first time. They ran a traffic but Ursula was struck a second time. This time it was a little worse. She went over the front of the car and crashed into the windshield and into the roof. So, I mean, like, it's, yeah, it's pretty hard. And then, of course, she, you know, went over and fell and hit the road. Both the twins were knocked unconscious, but still alive. Amazingly, Ursula suffered bad leg injuries, as I mentioned, so police,
Unknown Speaker 15:43
one of the officers went to
Unknown Speaker 15:45
assist her immediately.
Unknown Speaker 15:50
Despite the police
Speaker 2 15:52
officer helping her, Ursula began yelling that she wanted a police officer, and the police officer was like. She was like, I am a police officer trying to calm her down. But you know she was, Ursula was just getting more aggressive. She started to claw and spit at the officer, calling her an asshole and stuff.
Unknown Speaker 16:18
So as she was trying
Speaker 2 16:19
to calm her down. The paramedics finally arrive and begin helping Ursula. So this officer goes over to help Sabina, who's still lying still on the ground. There was like a another person, kind of like watching her, so then just leave her there. So Sabina begins to freak out when the officer gets over to her, and she's trying to calm, calm her down. And then Sabina stands up, and, you know, as she's trying to stand up, the officers like, oh, you know, no no. Like, stay down. Holy shit, stay down.
Unknown Speaker 16:53
But then Sabina turns
Unknown Speaker 16:55
around and fucking decks her in the face.
Speaker 2 16:59
And then the female officer, like, kind of slips on this blanket, or not, like blanket, it's like, these weird, like, foily looking ramps they have. So she gets like punch, and she, like, kind
Unknown Speaker 17:09
of slides on that, and, like, falls to the ground.
Speaker 2 17:13
And Sabina takes off into the the traffic going the other direction. And lucky. Traffic was vigilant on this other side, and they just like, quickly slowed down and came to a stop. And would you like to guess how many people it took to contain Sabina? I'm
Speaker 1 17:37
gonna say, like, four or five, six shit. It
Speaker 2 17:42
took six people to contain her. And, you know, of course, the officers, like, you know, think that they might be on drugs and stuff like that, just because of how fucking like car like that and get up and like, Damn fight like she was, like, fight dancing, these people, damn, um, yeah. So she was bucking around like crazy. They were carrying her
Unknown Speaker 18:08
by, like,
Speaker 2 18:10
all fours, if that makes sense. So, like, kind of like a crowd surf thing, just because they could not contain her, um, and then they wound up. Happened to, like, get her on the ground again, and, like, tie her legs together and stuff, hog tie that girl.
Speaker 1 18:29
Do you ever like, not actually tie, but like, grab all four of your cats paws and you, like your hog pad. I need to
Speaker 2 18:41
start doing that. I just like, pick, scoop them up like a baby. And, you know, they got some meat to them, so I can kind of jiggle them around a little bit and on their little back legs, just like, oh yeah, jiggle around. All cute. Very cute. Um, so yeah, she was, she was kind of struggling around. She started screaming for help, and, like, called the police, kind of like Ursula was, and, you know, again, they were trying to explain, like they are the police, and trying to calm her down.
Unknown Speaker 19:18
Ursula,
Speaker 2 19:20
that was a sister with the the leg injuries. She was actually taken to the hospital. Uh, well, they were both taken to the hospital. Ursula was taken by helicopter, since she was considered to be in critical condition, wow. Um, I also want to note that the police had her blood tested, and there's no traces of any kind of drug or anything like that. So creepy. Yeah, and
Unknown Speaker 19:48
Sabina, she
Speaker 2 19:50
was released five hours later with minor injuries and no full psych evaluation. You know how. People
Unknown Speaker 20:00
just every day, run into the street and
Speaker 2 20:02
yeah, willy nilly, and then just get up, like, it's no big deal do, like, feats
Speaker 1 20:07
of super human strength. And, yeah,
Unknown Speaker 20:10
nothing. Nothing wrong there. Yeah,
Speaker 2 20:13
they're just like, This is how the Swedish,
Unknown Speaker 20:20
Swedish so and a woman, she's
Unknown Speaker 20:23
just having menstrual cycle.
Speaker 2 20:27
Yeah, women, period, fully adieu. Can be like the last abstract I read said it could be, uh, induced by your period. Oh, wait, no, I'm sorry. That was the parasite, delusions. Oh yeah,
Unknown Speaker 20:41
delusion. I'm sorry,
Speaker 2 20:45
but yeah, so the doctors, it sounds like a there's a few different like, doctors, and at least, like, one psychologist or psychological doctor looked at her and they're all like, cool. She's okay. We don't need to, like, test her blood or anything like that. And I guess that they couldn't, really, because she didn't,
Speaker 1 21:05
maybe didn't consent to it. Yeah, because Ursula
Speaker 2 21:09
was in critical cares and they had to take blood. So they were like, just give us some of that. But Sabina, I think she had to, like, consent to it.
Unknown Speaker 21:17
So do so, yeah, so.
Speaker 2 21:25
So, after she was released from the hospital, she was taken into police custody. Um, Sabina was really calm and out of trouble at all. She didn't have, uh, she didn't have handcuffs on to be transported from the hospital to the station, which is crazy, considering she was fucking going buck wild all before, yeah, she was even joking around with the police sometimes,
Unknown Speaker 21:53
obviously they had no clue what was happening,
Speaker 2 21:56
so they thought of the drug route, and then Maybe even, like a suicide pact. Maybe then the sisters planned. They searched their bags, the ones that they clung on to so tightly, and found a passport for one of the twins and multiple cell phones. They didn't find any kind of drugs or any indications of why they might be acting so erratic, they questioned Sabina about all kinds of health stuff, medication, self harm, everything like that.
Unknown Speaker 22:32
And after that questioning,
Unknown Speaker 22:35
they just
Speaker 2 22:36
charged her with trespassing on the motorway and assaulting a police officer. Oh yeah, forgot about that. And also, during all this questioning, she never asked about her sister the entire time, how she was doing anything. So Sabina stayed in custody for a few days and then was released. So this is may 19. So may 19, 2008 so just a little bit after they left England
Unknown Speaker 23:07
and did all that
Unknown Speaker 23:08
motorway running.
Speaker 2 23:12
So Sabina met a couple of men when she was just out Glen and Peter, they were on the way home from a bar and noticed her like on the other side of the road or whatever. She kind of seemed lost, but they, you know, they would have never guessed that. You know, she got shitty, whipped a couple times, so, yeah, she seemed completely unaffected, like anything happens. She told him that her sister was in the hospital and she needed to find a place to stay. In the meantime, one of the men, Glenn, offered her to come to his house so she could eat something and figure out where to stay. So they all went back to Glenn's house, had a couple drinks and chatted.
Unknown Speaker 24:04
Anytime
Speaker 2 24:07
her sister was brought up, she would act a little weird or silent and then just change the subject interesting. The men said she seemed paranoid as well. She kept getting up and looking through the shades at the streets and then just sitting back down. So just kind of, you know, paranoid, Sabina offered them in cigarettes, to which they accepted before they could light up. She took them back and said, quote, they might be poisoned. You can't have them. UNQUOTE, that's weird and scary, even though she was smoking from that same pack the whole night.
Unknown Speaker 24:49
Oh, wow. Peter
Speaker 2 24:52
was becoming more concerned, but Glenn, who was the owner of the property or whatever, didn't seem worried. I. Um,
Unknown Speaker 25:00
this is the start of a horrid movie. There's
Unknown Speaker 25:02
the one exactly like,
Speaker 1 25:03
no, it's totally fine. It's a woman. Sometimes people's heads just spin around. It's normal. Sometimes you just shoot pea green soup
Speaker 2 25:17
across the room talking about, I can't remember what demon she was supposed to be, but
Unknown Speaker 25:23
yeah.
Speaker 2 25:27
So after a bit, Peter leaves, and then Glenn, after a while, steps out to ask his neighbor, Frank, who's washing his car, if he can borrow some tea bags. Because you know how them Brits do. We got this loony girl. She's gone posted, I mean, radio rental,
Unknown Speaker 25:54
like she needs a cuppa to feel better. Would
Unknown Speaker 25:58
you like a couple? My lady,
Speaker 2 26:02
um, me and so Frank's like, cool, after
Unknown Speaker 26:08
I'm done with this, you can borrow some Wait. Isn't
Speaker 1 26:11
this night time? He's like, washing his car at night. I don't know, or maybe they were day drinking.
Speaker 2 26:17
I guess that doesn't matter. Drinking, yeah, I don't, I don't at night too. But washing the car, I felt like it's, you know, afternoon sometime. So yeah, Frank's like, yeah, sure, I'll bring him over after this. So Glenn goes back inside, and only a minute later, Glenn stumbled back out of the house with four stab wounds, one of which is to the heart, oh shit, yeah. And he tells Frank quote, I've been stabbed. She stabbed me before collapsing to the ground.
Unknown Speaker 26:58
I forgot about this part. I
Unknown Speaker 26:59
just remembered the highway stuff. Yeah,
Speaker 2 27:00
I always, like, I always forgot about this part too. Whenever go back and when I revisit the story, I'm always like, shit. That's like, Damn dude. And I mean, they don't mention it on the BBC show or anything like that,
Unknown Speaker 27:18
either. So
Unknown Speaker 27:21
like it's about the roads, only
Unknown Speaker 27:24
nothing to do with that.
Unknown Speaker 27:28
So yeah, and
Unknown Speaker 27:32
Frank calls
Speaker 2 27:33
the police, and Sabina leaves the house with a hammer. As she's walking down the street, she hits herself in the head with the hammer. And a driver who noticed, uh, stopped and tried to get the hammer from from her, um, wow, I
Speaker 1 27:50
honestly, I would not try to get the hammer from someone. Oh, I'd be like that. If you want to hit yourself on the head, then cool. I'm not about to die. I'm
Speaker 2 27:59
not gonna intervene. I can fix her. It's
Unknown Speaker 28:05
stress. I can fix her.
Speaker 2 28:07
And if you remember, it took six people
Unknown Speaker 28:12
to get her own under control.
Speaker 2 28:15
So yeah, this kind of went south for him. She hit him on the back of the head with the hammer. My god, I'm sorry, not with the hammer, but with a piece of roof tile she had in her pocket.
Unknown Speaker 28:29
So yeah, I guess they were in the struggle with
Speaker 2 28:31
the hammer, and then she just wrote her hand, and she like, Fuck you, bitch. I'm pretty sure that guy lived okay. But unfortunately, Glenn did not even after he was nice enough to let a stranger in his house
Unknown Speaker 28:47
and help her.
Unknown Speaker 28:51
Two paramedic vehicles then pursued Sabina,
Speaker 2 28:56
and she tried to escape them. I think they pursued her, because I assume people probably called the police about her hammering
Unknown Speaker 29:05
situation.
Speaker 2 29:10
So she was trying to escape them, and she went to a bridge above some other roadway, and you guessed it, she jumped off the bridge to the street below. Wow. And that was a 30 foot drop, so she both broke both of her ankles and fractured her skull. Ew, Oh, no. And I did not calculate how many mile flush cups. That is a lot. Write us in a few. No, but yeah, and yet again, she survived this crazy ordeal. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. So this was sometime in May, May 19 or whatever. And she stayed there until September. So when she was. In there for a while. Sabina or Ursula was also released at September, but Ursula, when she was released, she got charged with, of course, the murder of that man. Ursula also released in December or September, she did not get charged with anything. Because, yeah, if you were called, she only got, she got severely injured by that second time they ran into traffic and was kind of out of it. Yeah, didn't punch anybody. So, yeah, she wasn't charged with anything, and she was allowed to return home to Sweden. Yeah, right. And also, they only drug test or tested one of them. If they would have been able to test both of them to confirm that they were not on drugs on that day, then they would have been able to be like, full out, this is definitely fully a do, I still assume that it is, but that would have been like the, you know, the final thing so, you know, Sabina is starting to go through, you know, she's in prison, trying to go through a court process, she pleaded not guilty to murder and had so she had a trial scheduled and rescheduled, but it never wound up in court because she wounded up pleading guilty to a lesser charge of manslaughter. In preparation for that trial, she was evaluated by a forensic psychologist on the defense side and one from the prosecution side. I
Unknown Speaker 31:51
don't know what the prosecution diagnosed
Speaker 2 31:53
her with, but the defense diagnosed her with induced delusional order, aka fully a do um. But either way, you know, both psychologists were like, yeah, there she had some type of temporary mental insanity, or, you know, mentality.
Speaker 1 32:12
Do you know if, when she was in prison, questioning or being questioned, she was kind of like back to normal then, or was she still kind of like, Yeah,
Speaker 2 32:22
from the accounts that I've read, it seems like she's just back to normal. Totally she, uh, when asked about the like, the murder and the incident on the motorway, she just never responds. Just says, no
Unknown Speaker 32:40
comment, doesn't talk about it,
Speaker 2 32:43
but, uh, but, yeah, either way, um, so this is where it gets kind of a little weird. It's like the psycho so, like, psychologists agreed that the one that's from the defense and the prosecution decide that she had made a full recovery. And so it was charged, since it was like a temporary insanity thing, it was charged as insanity, but she couldn't be treated as an insane person, so she couldn't be like institutionalized, or anything like that. And so she kind of had to be evaluated by that kind of
Unknown Speaker 33:30
lens, I guess. So
Speaker 2 33:33
while she wasn't like currently mentally ill, they were like, well, she's still like a minor risk to society. So with those circumstances, the judge since sentenced her to five years in prison with no supervision after release. What? Yeah. So this was, this was like, Wait, when was this against 2017? Killed a dude, so I think she should be out now.
Unknown Speaker 34:01
Yeah, that was 2008
Unknown Speaker 34:05
Yeah, so she's been out for a while. Um,
Unknown Speaker 34:09
I unless some other should happen and yeah,
Speaker 2 34:11
but, um, yeah. I mean, I don't, I don't know if there's, like, any follow ups on, like, her and her sister or anything if, I mean, if I had to assume they probably changed their names after, because that's just fucking
Speaker 1 34:26
so bad, I know. And so Wait, Ursula was the one they got hit by the truck, right? Yes, so
Unknown Speaker 34:37
she has never
Unknown Speaker 34:38
said anything about what happened? I don't think
Speaker 2 34:41
so, or not, that I've been able to find to him. So, yeah, it's a, I don't know. It's pretty nuts. And there's this other um, affiliate do story that's like, uh, this family in Australia, and they just, like, went missing. And. They got, like, kind of found after a while. It's a really weird story, but anytime any of them are asked about it, they don't say anything about it, either, they don't answer. But so fucking creepy. But there's also
Unknown Speaker 35:15
a debate if
Speaker 2 35:16
they were just up to, like, some weird, sketchy stuff. But who knows? Creepy. So, yeah, that's just that was the story about their fully I'll do and it's pretty crazy and sad, that sad that someone died. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 35:38
it's crazy. Just
Speaker 2 35:41
psychotic breaks are fucking crazy, man. Like, they really are scary.
Unknown Speaker 35:48
Yeah, it's like, if it doesn't,
Speaker 2 35:50
you know, go south in that way. Like, if you're alone and have a psychotic break somewhere, like in a different country or out hiking, I mean, you're probably fucked. Like, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know. It's just crazy, crazy, crazy to think about. There's
Speaker 1 36:09
so many things that can bring it on. Like, my mom has had several really bad reactions to anesthesia,
Unknown Speaker 36:18
where she just went like,
Speaker 1 36:21
away mentally, yeah, so now I'm terrified of myself having to have anesthesia. Because, yeah, it was never had anesthesia before. Well, I have, but not since that's happened. So I'm afraid now having to have it, um
Speaker 2 36:41
Yeah, yeah. I know stuff can kind of change with age. So it's always like,
Unknown Speaker 36:47
oh yeah,
Speaker 2 36:48
oh yeah, um Yeah. It makes me wonder just like, how many um, you know, if those like weird, mysterious deaths or people missing or just chalked up to, like a psychotic break or just
Unknown Speaker 37:06
some other
Speaker 2 37:08
illness that can affect your mental health, or, I don't know, I think I think about it more than I should, probably more than a healthy amount.
Speaker 1 37:16
I think about stuff like that too. About how, you know, in like, 50 years or something, we're gonna look back on things that we do now, and it's probably gonna be like how we think about how people did things like in the Middle Ages, or something like unnecessarily barbaric, or, you know, fucking
Speaker 2 37:37
cancer, things directly, and then They would put it on their crotch while they drove
Unknown Speaker 37:46
the phone. You're
Speaker 2 37:50
not smart enough, no, just kidding. So yeah, we I hope that you guys found this episode
Unknown Speaker 37:57
interesting. Yes,
Unknown Speaker 38:01
spookified. Yes,
Speaker 1 38:03
this could definitely be scary movie.
Unknown Speaker 38:07
Oh yeah, definitely
Speaker 2 38:13
don't talk to strangers. If someone looks like they need help. I know it's nice to be nice, but just don't
Speaker 1 38:20
have a hammer, yeah, just maybe skip that one. If
Speaker 2 38:24
there's a lady and she's all looking lost on purpose, don't
Unknown Speaker 38:27
help her.
Speaker 2 38:28
She's like, luring you in. I was just also watching some movies where it's like, people traveling and trusting people they shouldn't. So travel horror. It's a great genre, yeah, but
Unknown Speaker 38:46
cool, yeah. I guess
Speaker 2 38:47
we are going to wrap this episode up. Follow us on Instagram, yes,
Speaker 1 38:56
hopefully you're having a nice Halloween season. We'll have one more spooky episode coming out.
Unknown Speaker 39:08
Yeah, right now, it's
Speaker 1 39:09
still like in the fucking 90s here, so it's hard to get in the mood. Yeah, it's due next week. It's
Unknown Speaker 39:15
supposed to be cooler.
Speaker 2 39:17
Oh, cool. Cool. Yeah, yeah. Well, you guys, stay cool. Stay cool. Fat heads fucking party on, yeah, party on,
Unknown Speaker 39:39
speaking of French, uh huh, um,
Unknown Speaker 39:42
I do have to do like a little home humble brag.
Unknown Speaker 39:45
Oh, okay, um, so
Unknown Speaker 39:48
there's Alyssa is familiar with
Speaker 2 39:51
the show, but some other people aren't. There's a show down at our local theater we do improv at. And the show, they'll uh. If you're a student there, you can put your name in a hat, and they'll draw your name halfway through the show and pull you up
Unknown Speaker 40:05
to do improv with with them.
Speaker 2 40:07
So my name was drawn, and recently, no, this was like, I think maybe after like, improv too, oh, grocery or something. It was like a lower level improv. And it was just like, me and a couple other people went, but it was like, I think one of my proudest and proud moments, because someone, it was just like, talking about French or whatever. And then, yeah, someone remember that, yeah, so glad you saw that, yeah. And someone, someone did a cut, and then the other person came in, like they were, like, going to be learning French, so they're like, let
Unknown Speaker 40:44
me just
Speaker 2 40:45
rewind this tape. And I made this really, in my opinion, great rewind winding. And then he just, like, pressed play. And I just said, like, French Gibberish. And the only thing I knew was like, petite poo day, which is like, tiny chicken.
Unknown Speaker 41:06
Oh no, tiny chicken,
Unknown Speaker 41:09
which I think is why Charlie laughs so hard.
Speaker 2 41:13
But yeah, just and he was just like, that's just gibberish. And or the guy listening to the fake tape, which I'm sure was in character, but I kind of wanted to be like, Dude, you made me do French,
Unknown Speaker 41:25
um, but, yeah, that's just, uh, I
Speaker 2 41:26
just had to do a little humble Greg on that. Well, yeah, that improv. It's one of my favorite improv moments.
